The Adversary started in summer 2017, The Vision of Myke Singleton ( credits: toured, open and or performed with such acts as Prince, Red Hot Chilli Peppers,George Clinton and producer of the group Soul Sychedelics) The idea was to create a unique modern metal band that perform songs that are Modern Metal classics. After connecting with Progressive Metal drummer, Peter Breene, There were several auditions as we went thru a host of musicians.

Now that there was a nucleus, We then searched out on several sites to find the right singer/screamer, we placed ads, as there were several talented people that tried out for the position but none were the right fit for the band.

And then came Lucas Massey, someone who could actually scream and sing in pitch. And he was completely new to the music business. We then realize he was the guy.

Next came Manuel Morias on Lead Guitar, a long time friend of Myke who had seek his talents from the conception of the band!

The Adversary has is a collective of musicians, we sometime may have different players depending on the show. Our goal is to perform songs that you love and never hear other local bands perform.

We have Recently released a new Promotional Video and are ready to hit the stage!

The Adversary project is a cover band and has plans in the future to record original projects.
